First time I have ever dealt with Ambassador Bikes and I am now a life time customer. Customer service is fantastic and the guys are very knowledgeable. I did have to wait 6 months for my bike to come in due to the insane bike demand right now. But it was so worth the wait. Absolutely love my Trek Verve 2!!!! Highly recommend Ambassador if you are looking for a bike

Guys at Ambassador are awesome! Very knowledgeable about the brands they sell, very helpful with questions and also very friendly. This was my 14 year old son’s first big purchase, and they made him feel good about it. Warranty is great and also reminded us to take advantage of free maintenance program in the first year. Well done boys, thanks for your help and patience. I would absolutely recommend Ambassador.
